Save the Date - 2016 Annual Meeting

Hello Dog Park Supporters,

Please mark your calendars for our Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 26 at 1:00pm at the Enfield Community Building. We will come together to update you on the status of park operations and talk about plans for the coming year.

We will also have the opportunity to vote in a new slate of Board members! It's been two years since MVDPS officially incorporated, which means that positions to serve on our Board are open and will be voted on by our Members at the Annual Meeting. If you would like to nominate yourself (or someone else) for a Board position, please review the attached Board position descriptions and responsibilities, and reply to this email to express your interest. Board terms are 2 years with no limits on number of terms served. Below are the positions and their current holders, all of whom are seeking re-election:

President - Marcia Herrin

Vice President - JoAnn Clark

Secretary - Deborah McTigue

Treasurer - Larissa Pyer

Member at Large - Kimberly Thompson

As a reminder, the meeting is open to all, but only PAID MVDPS members for 2016 will be able to vote, so please be sure to sign up for or renew your membership! You can do so in advance (see our website for details) or at the start of the meeting.
